Wind would come over on a boat, the ship being one of the many in the service to House Rwhol, a planescape travelling race. Each one decended from the three brothers, and the twin daughters Fira, and Xainia. This boat however held no Rwhols, only a fleet made up of many races, and an ambassador to the Throne of Zyleria. The man whom trained Zolo's son, whom travelled the Realms. Wind, the sage from the Six Elemental Mountains. Monkey Sage, this man diffined for his tutelage under the Monkey King in Eastern Rizashi. And there he was, letting the wind flow through his silver hair. Salt water mist flooded his perception momentarily as the ship rocked in the waters dance. His seven foot golden staff sat upon a rail, looking like it may slip at the lightest movment. But even more strange was his own six foot form crouched upon the tip of the staff, his feet clinging to the tip, like a monkey to a branch. His tail was as silver as his hair, wrapped around the staff aswell. Wind was not afraid, little could counter the chakra control he held to keep himself and the staff lodged upright.

The boat itself was a planer barge from the Naval fleet. Its make was that of a regular ship, old style, yet its magic and enchantment equipment held unmentioned power. Land was close, Wind confirmed the lookouts shouts, as he finally opened his eyes from the long meditation. Soon he would land, and see what awaited him here.

The land that these people saw was only what Morgaine wanted outsiders to see. The real Isle was hidden behind it, underneath it. Scouts had informed her earlier of a barge approaching with several passengers. Wondering who would be out so far from their homes she had to go to shore and see who approached. She remained out of sight and even those with the keenest of senses would not have seen her, nor would they have seen the land she stood upon. They saw the illusion, the fabricated land that she had created to hide her home, her people and her family.

She sent word around that no one was to break the illusion for these travelers unless she told them otherwise. They were to simply observe and remain out of sight for the time being to see what their intention was in traveling here to this secluded land.

The captain would come up beside Wind, and speak to him as their eyes watched the approaching landscape. He was an old seaman, one of the non-Immortal of the Rwholian Navy. " Seems as if land is upon us. I am not going to risk a port, incase its hostile. I will have the crew pop a life boat out for you son." He said, even  though Wind was older then him. He was the old type of man, hard headed and about as built as anyman whom sailed the seas since youth. He was one of the few Humas in the fleets officers, and his voice was among even the councils.

Wind smiled and nodded, as he got up, sheathing his staff upon his back. " I will grab my things and some provisions. If they are friendly, I'll sign you in if allowed. I have a feeling something is going on. The wind speaks of unrest."

Standing there so close to the shore Morgaine saw a small boat deployed from the larger ship. It appeared that a single man headed toward the shore in the small boat. Toying with the idea of appearing out on the water in front of the large ship possibly to scare them and find out what they wanted but instead she decided that she would wait for the man already headed her way and speak with him. A soft breeze blew through the trees carrying with it the whispers of her people inquiring what was going on and who this strange visitor was. She ignored the questions for now. It was time to show herself and since she would be the only person any of them saw she drew closer to the shore standing now out in the open clearly visible now to any who were watching.

He smiled as he bid farewell to the crew, and left behind the little trickster that had come along with him. The little monkey would now sit upon the captains shoulder as he told the crew to make repairs and prep for dinner. Wind was used to going his own way, and all knew it, for he followed in the footsteps of his mentor. Zolo, the wandering swordsman, who was the son of the Blind swordsman of Rizashi. Their homeland, an eastern Nation. The crew wondered however, when he took the other companion, a small cub, her furr white as snow. She was a feline, panther of the purest white, like the northern Peaks. He had named her Shimmer. And set forth to the part he could see, the rest seemed a haze. Something magical said it was here, but could not read the directions right. He was lost on this phenomenon, but smiled and prepared to land the boat on the shore.

His boat, would come to the beach, him at the fore, and Shimmer in his arms. The feline, batted paws at his nose, but claws were kept away. Playfull she was, and smart as any other being. Her light blue eyes, looked to the shore and narrowed. As if senseing something he could not. Wind, brought the boat ashore and jumped at seeing a woman there. How long had she been there? " Greetings M'lady?"

The man that had been approaching in the small boat had brought a small cub with the whitest fur she had ever seen. Upon his reaching the shore she watched at the small cat playfully batted at the man's nose. The cat would undoubtedly be able to sense things here that her master could not because animals were more sensitive. Unknown to the man she had been there the entire time his boat floated through the water on it's way to the shore. "Why have you come here? What do you seek?" She wasted no time trying to figure out just what the reason is that he and all of the rest of the people that had accompanied him on the larger ship were here. This island was seldom visited and did not appear on most maps, a simple glamour she had worked out long ago.

Wind would turn, and focus totally upon her. She was quite blunt and to the point, refreshing from many he had met in his travells. They either tried to wine you, or tear off your limbs. Either because they hated outsiders, or one of your friends, hit upon their women. Wind was a gentleman so he would give her a bow, his back arching, and the Cub swatting his bangs. Shimmer was playfull, and nothing broke such streaks short of battle. She hated him fighting, as much as he hated combat against foes to kill. A match of wits and training styles, was ok though. He gave a smile, friendly, and truthfull. " I have come to seek those that inhabit the land. Ask them if we could dock in the place we have, and seek wood for repairs. A storm has set us off course, and recently, a large black ship has followed us. Intents are unsure, but we are new to these seas."

It was true, they were new to this plane, and seeking trade routes, and exotic trade with allies. Allies they hoped were to be found, their lands were still new in the birthing stage. His eyes would remain on her face, or the surroundings, the wind spoke to him lightly. Though it masked what was to be masked, not even he controlled all aspects.

She considered the man's request for a moment before nodding. "I will allow you to stay and seek shelter within this land and see to the repairs that you need to. However you will not meet any of the inhabitants of this land because they are hidden. What you see is only what we want you to see and the real beauty of this place is hidden from outsiders to protect my family. We are fae folk and I am their queen." Turning to leave she took a few steps and then turned back to him. "What do you know of this black ship that has been following you? I may be able to provide a place for you and yours to hide should you prove to be trustworthy, but i'll need to know anything that you may know about this other ship."

Wind would look to her, noticing the breath taking beauty of the fae woman. There were others around, that much was a given. None would allow one to go unprotected, especially given the strangers appearance. But he simply smiled, and let the cub down to play. It would walk around, enjoying the land not moving under its paws. Then it went to her, and brushed lightly against her legs, purring. She held no fear of the woman, and seemed at ease around her. But wind, that was another thing, he listened and nodded here and there in her speech.

" Hospitality is welcomed, no matter how little is given. We will make repairs fast as we can." He signaled the ship to begin repairs with the things they held on board. It would not take long, for they were sailors well breed to such occasions. " The ship that follows us, holds a mist around it, black as the night, and thick as soup. This mist itself is a blight upon any in range, it eats as voracious as the large sharks that are chained to its bow. Its sails flap tattered and seem to be wings of a large dragon,or bat. The sailors are said to be the damned, chained to the world by their deeds in life. And their captain, is an Arch devil, said to command the sea herself."

Morgaine smiled as the cat nuzzled against her legs and reached down to stroke the playful cub for a moment. She listened intently as he described the vessel that had been following them giving her more information than she could have hoped for. It would seem that she would have to send word to the high priestess of Ravenlock's holy isle. A priestess of their standing was trained in controlling the mist, any mist and they would need to turn this ghost ship's mist against it's owner. She herself knew how to draw the mist about and control it this way and that but this job was going to be more than she could do herself and she would need the cooperation of her friends.

"I see, well have your ship sail around to the back side of the island we'll conceal it as best we can. It appears that we may need your help dealing with this ship, but for the most part we will do what we can. I've heard of this ship before but never thought it would make it's way anywhere near here. Then again until you showed up I didn't think that any large vessel would make it this far inland. Due to the circumstances I think it would be best if you found shelter on the island rather than on your ship. With this menace following you I think you and your crew would all be safer on the island where our enchantments can protect you."

He would nod, using the art of shikigami, he sent a folded paper crane, to give the orders to the captain. And ready the crew for departing the ship at the destined area. He would let her or another show them. The cub, loved the attention and purred louder. He smiled at that, and thanked her with a bow. " They are not alone, it seems they have been searching the seas for other pirate captains, for we sunk two of their faster ships, as they tried to follow us here. We thought only to find land so as to repair, and ready for an attack. I fight better on land, it allows me more room to move. I will aid you however I can. "

Morgaine stood in silence for a moment and then called out to Derek with her mind. She asked him to wait on the backside of the island on the shore for their other guests. She also informed him to gather a few of the others to help gather any materials they might need to repair the ship and to put an enchantment on it to hide it from anyone aside from the men the ship belonged to and them. Any outsider would simply see right through it as if it was never there in the first place. She told him that the others should be informed to prepare for an attack in case this other ship that had been following them were to land upon the island.  Since the pirate ship appeared to have hostile intent they would take no chances and the defense that they had put in place and the strategic battle plans they practice for 2 days straight once every two months were about to pay off.

She turned then motioning for this man to follow her. She began to move deeper into the woods to show him about the island. It would not be long before they moved deep enough into the forest that she would lift the enchantment for him so that he would see the real island. If he was to be a guest here he would need to see the real island so that he could discern what supplies that he would need for the repairs of his ship.

His step was fluid as he followed her. Eyes taking in the sites of the island when she lowered the veil. Beautiful it was, a treasure of exotic wonders. " I am sorry to bring them close." His expressions sincere. He slowed his strides a bit, not seeming to anxious. Indeed this was a treasured place and he was honored to see it. Just that was a wonder in its own. The hunters out on the water surely would be closing in. He just hoped they could help either fight the band of pirates, or perhaps even lead them away. He did not want to risk the lives of the island full of fae. Long had he known the fae folk of his own world, and they were usually good natured. Well all but the sprites, that loved to shoot darts into wanderers. Sleeping darts that usually held no harm, but if a monster found the unconsious form it was rather unsettling. Many tales had been spread of the magical beings and their lost world like lands. He was amazed to be greeted into it, and imediatly sought what would be needed. If a hasty sail could save this natural beauty he would be for it.

Many steps were taken before he stopped at a tree. Ancient and wide, its song one of many centuries old. He smiled and listened to it, taking not of its skin, but listening to a few tales.
